Breitling have introduced three stunning new watches to their already impressive range. We will have in-depth reviews in due course but, in the mean time, here is a quick summary:

Breitling for Bentley B06 Midnight Carbon

Chronograph watch, featuring the Breitling’s in-house Calibre B06 automatic movement, which beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and has a power reserve of over 70 hours.

The 49mm black ion-plated steel case is fastened with a black rubber strap. The rotating pinion bezel has a variable tachometer, a unique feature that lets you calculate average speed whatever the time elapsed, the distance covered or the speed reached.

The knurled design on the bezel is designed to reflect the famous Bentley radiator grille, whilst the sapphire crystal glass has glare-proof treatment on both sides. This covers a black mother of pearl dial, with a date window between the 4 and 5 o’clock positions and chronograph counters at 3, 6 and 9, with red and white indicators.

Bretilings own patent, dating back to 1926 is featured, with the “30 second chronograph”, with the central hand sweeping around the dial in exactly 30 seconds, ensuring extremely accurate 1/8th second time readings.

With a water resistance of 100m, the reverse side of the watch features a transparent case back to reveal a spectacular 360 degree sculpted oscillating weight evoking the shape of a wheel rim.

A fantastic chronograph, with a price to match at £9,680.

Breitling Superocean 44 Special Edition

Designed as a diver’s watch and referred to by Breitling themselves as it’s “ocean pilot”, this timepiece boasts excellent reliability and prestigious style and is the result of years of research.

Fastened with a black rubber strap, this watch features a 44mm black steel case with a black ceramic unidirectional ratcheted rotating bezel. The sapphire crystal glass, glare-proof on both sides, protects the volcano black dial with oversized hands, numerals and hour markers accentuated by a luminescent coating for visibility at depth and a date window at the 3 o’clock position.

Water resistant to 1,000m and powered by Breitling’s automatic Caliber 17, a COSC-certified chronometer with 25 jewels and a high frequency of 28,800 vph.

The price for all this comes in at a very reasonable £3,190

Breitling Chronoliner Limited Series

This stunning watch is distinguished by an 18k rose-gold case and scratch-resistant ceramic bezel and is the latest addition to the collection of “flight captain’s watches” introduced by Breitling at Baselworld 2015.

With a 1/4-second chronograph for measuring flight times and a triple timezone display to keep track of the times in various time-zones. The second time-zone is indicated by a red-tipped hand on a 24-hour scale around the black dial, while a third time-zone, also in 24-hour mode, can be read on the bidirectional rotating bezel.

The chronograph counters are at the 12 and 6 o’clock positions, whilst small seconds are at 9 o’clock, and the date is at 3 o’clock.

The case measures 46 mm in diameter, with water resistance to 100 meters. On the reverse is an engraved image of stylized airplanes. The black rubber strap is reminiscent of the traditional Breitling mesh-design bracelet.

Limited to just 250 pieces, coming in at around  at £21,000.
