At Baselworld 2016, TAG Heuer announced five new models in their Aquaracer series.
Aquaracer 300M
The TAG Heuer Aquaracer 300M gents watch features an increased 43mm diameter case in stainless steel, with a studded bezel made of polished ceramic. The magnifying date window, introduced last year, remains.
The brains of the beast features TAG’s automatic Caliber 5, rapid date-correction and a power reserve of 38 hours.
As the name suggests, and in keeping with the Aquaracer diver tradition, the watch is water-resistant to 300 meters (1,ooo feet) and the screw-down case back is engraved with a divers helmet.
The model is available with either a blue or black dial and bezel, with a stainless steel bracelet in either polished or satin finish.
Available now for £1950
Aquaracer Lady
TAG Heuer also announced three new Aquaracer Lady models.
As with the 300M men’s model, the cases have been enlarged, now at 35 mm in diameter. Also featuring 300-meter water-resistance, rotating bezels, screw-crowns and divers helmet engraved on the case back.
Internally, the watches use Swiss quartz movement and magnifying date window at the 3 o’clock position.
The new Aquaracer Lady watches come in three different versions. Firstly, an all white version. Secondly, a black version with a rose-gold bezel. And, finally, a black version with a diamond-set black ceramic bezel, featuring a total of 60 diamonds!
All three come with a black or white ceramic bracelet with butterfly clasps.
